About Sullivan Law

Sullivan Law is a law firm based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, conveniently located just 4.5 kilometers south of the intersection at Portage Avenue and Main Street, in the area of St. Vital. The firm was recently re-established by John Sullivan. He founded the firm with a vision to provide professional, cost effective legal services to meet the needs of the Manitoba community and clients outside of the Province, as well.

The firm provides legal and notary public services to individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses and organizations, in need of legal solutions relating to Manitoba Law.

Experience

Our primary practice areas are business law and real estate.

We have represented small and medium-sized businesses in transactional acquisitions and sales (of shares and assets), financings, reorganizations and restructurings, as well as internal corporate and commercial matters.

With respect to real estate, we have advised individual purchasers and sellers of residential real estate, in addition to businesses dealing in commercial property. We have also represented organizations in the purchase and disposition of commercial real estate, leasing matters, financings, and development.
